Antonio tries very hard to keep on schedule knowing that you also have a schedule. So as to not make the next person run late he will reschedule you if you are too late for the appointment.
Antonio understands that life happens and things do come up, so if you are unable to keep your appointment, please give a few days notice, less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge for the service booked. This keeps everyone respectful of both parties time.
