Antonio tries very hard to keep on schedule, knowing that you also have a schedule. So, as to not make the next person run late, he will reschedule you if you are late for the appointment.
Antonio understands that life happens, and things do come up, so if you are unable to keep your appointment, please give a at least ten day notice, less than 5 day notice will result in a charge for the service booked. This keeps everyone respectful of both parties time.
